Which field is good, Testing or Development, if I want to do my Masters in Cloud Computing after 2-3 years?

I want to do my Masters in Cloud Computing; something related to Big Data. I am a fresher and I have been assigned to a Software Testing job. I want to know which field would be good and helpful (For Cloud Computing), Testing or Developer for my career. I want to do my Masters after 2-3 years.
