CAS session error in JMeter?

I'm testing an https site and when I replay I see an error 'valid CAS session not found'.

So what should be done?I have parameterized LT with reg extraxtor but I need to know whether we need to parameterize ST[service ticket] which I'm not able to get from anywhere either in request or response.

Please let me know your answer. It will be really helpful
