Creating a Test Case from Exploratory Testing in IE when logged in as a Different User

I'm having trouble recording my test steps in Test Manager from exploratory test session while logged in as a different user in IE.

Either the steps don't populate when i select Create Test Case or a message that reads "Access to the application is denied"

Has anyone else encountered this or know of a solution.

I'm using VS2013 pro and MTM 2013.
