R language simultaneous F-test for slope = 1 and intercept = 0

I’m posting this question after googleing for a while (unsuccessfully, by the way). I’m wondering if there is any package/stuff that implements the Dent and Blackie (1979) formula for simultaneous F-test for slope = 1 and intercept = 0 in simple linear regression.
