Cloud testing for webpages with exe plugin

I need a cloud service to test my webpage on different browsers and OSs combinations. I found many services, like:

BrowserStack SauceLabs CrossBrowserTesting

But there is a catc: my site need an .exe plugin, that is not installed via browser, so those sevices will not work for me.

Then I tried some others services that provide some VM on demand, like AWS, Azure, etc. But those services doesn't have the OS that I need to test, like Windows and Linux (Ubuntu) desktop, and OSX, varyng the architecture (x86 and x64).

So I need help finding a service that provide desktop machines in the cloud. There is no need to automated tests in the moment. Do you guys know any service that offer a service close to my needs?
