Code Coverage During Program Execution

I was wondering if there was a way to access code coverage assemblies in .NET. I want to write a program that can capture code coverage statistics on its own for a variety of reasons, among which include seeing code coverage for referenced assemblies outside of the current solution, and also seeing code coverage during program execution (not just code coverage for testing).
