, my tests ran on GhostDriver PhantomJs(1.9.0) fails on that url. Because of dot in GET param, I get error that this page/resource can't be find. I tried to update phantomJS into newest version, but it's quite problematic, because the big part of my tests are failing. Changing url is impossible. Maybe it's configuration issue?
