File upload using selinium tool extension in firefox

Hi I am using selinium tool to test a form where file upload is working. But i do not know that how to upload the file using selinium tool. I also added java code and all jar files are added but when i run the code it shows ClassNotFound Eexception in the code... I wrote correct java code..
