How to connect with cloud based load testing using Visual Studio 2010

My name is Uthiraraj. I'm using visual studio 2010 Ultimate, now I doing some tasks in Visual Studio Testing. I tried to perform load test using cloud based load testing. I saw some video series on, that series they using Visual Studio 2013 and some advanced technologies. Now my question is, I able to do this in cloud based load testing using Visual Stdio 2010?
