Run a single spec from command line using jasmine and phantom?

I am using jasmine and phantomjs for testing in a project. Both of these tools are installed as npm dependencies. I don't think I have any command line tools for them installed.

Is it possible to run a single spec from the command line? Do I need jasmine and/or phantom CLI tools for this?

Currently I build and run all tests using gulp.
