[Cucumber][JVM][Maven]Tests dosen't run from command line through maven

I am new to Cucumber-jvm. I have in issue, can you help me please.

I added the cucumber dependencies in maven pom.xml through eclipse. when I run the TestRunner class in eclipse as Junit test the tests run and gave me the result.
but when I run in from the command line or maven test I have this output.
