Web UI Testing for an ASP.Net MVC app - UI testing priority - not cross browser or load testing

We need an automated Web UI testing product. Our app is ASP.Net MVC forever how much that matters.

Important:

• ease-of-use. Would be awesome if one of our testers (non programmer) could create and maintain the tests.
• cloud based would be awesome
• Selenium based probably

Not important:

• cross-browser. probably a given but not a priority
• load testing. definitely not important
