Defect reporting for etl testing in informatica

I have written etl testcases for a particular project in my homework. Now I have to write defect reports for the same. The testcases include hundreds of valid and invalid cases but I am confused about the defects. As I am new to this concepts, I am confused about what kind of defects would be produced in informatica mapping? Please suggest.
