how to use PICT tool?

I am new in PICT tool and I am trying to create all possible combination for "A,B,C".

I downloaded PICT tool and try to do but I am getting only single combination.

I followed following steps to generate possible combination in PICT tool. 1. Create a file (test.txt) having contents test: a, b, c 2. run this file in PICT tool 3. `c:\abc>pict test.txt>abc.txt

I am getting output as only a b c.
