How will I test Web Applications for ISO/IEC 9126-1 SQA Standards?

I want to test Learning Management System (Moodle) for ISO/IEC 9126-1 SQA quality standards. I want like to know if there is any software or platform where I can test the LMS Web Apps and get the report whether its on SQA Standards or not. What are the features that are not upto SQA Standards in Moodle LMS?

Please guide me any technique/algorithm that I can use to test LMS Moodle for ISO/IEC 9126-1 Standards.
