Is it possible to make UI tests for an application having only the .ipa file on iOS 10?

I'm trying to make tests for a Cordova iOS app, but I only have the .ipa file, not the project. I've tried Appium 1.6, but it is able to access only the native elements of the app in iOS 10, but what I need is to interact with the WebView elements. Is it possible to do that?
