Maven Tycho complains about test plugin without Unit tests

We have a test plugin that contains code generation tests, Uppaal tests and Modelica tests, but no Unit tests. Tycho surefire complains about the empty test plugin.

How do I configure this in a way, that ideally, my tests are still executed and tycho surefire does not stop the build?
