VS 2015 can't run Release after move file

I've been looking for an hour now, so I made a simple .Net program with basic buttons and images.

I compile it, I run it with no problem .

But as soon as I move the Release/Build .exe file from the compiled directory, there is now way to open my program again.

Is that related to the Ressources folder which the icons are in? are is there a way to compile my program including my icons?
