Web accessibility frame work. Automated Accessibility Testing Tool

Can anyone please explain how to use the Automated Accessibility Testing Tool /framework.How can I use the frame work from command line or through a java script interface ?. I cant understand how it works?. Can anyone explain it?. I cannot understand much from its github page "http://ift.tt/1ETEylz".
