Generate Test-case codeception automatically

im a newbie web tester working at my university. I know there are testing tool that can test automatically like behat, etc. But how do i generate test-case only by scenario that i already have? Is there a tools that can convert my scenario to test-case scenario that run automatically by tools? Thanks everyone..
