How can I test VSTO Outlook plugins on a test service?

I have more of a web background than a desktop development background, so I'm a little stumped. I have a .NET plugin I've created that I need to ensure works on many flavors of Windows and Outlook 2010/2013/2016.

Is there any service which is similar to the AWS device farm ( http://ift.tt/1UFcbi6 ), but for Windows workstations? Like, if I want to have a few hours of time on Windows & + Outlook 2010 32 bit, then a few hours on Windows 8 + Outlook 2016 64 bit, etc, but without setting up all those computers and licenses myself.

This is a relatively small, but important project and I don't want to maintain tons of different configurations as VMWare machines if I don't have to.
