how to scroll horizontally as well as vertically through appium

The main problem is the element which are changeable i.e every time a user refresh the tab element (card) sequence changes but the scrolling from left to right or right to left will be constant. And similarly goes for vertical. So, hence when any element is not permanent but the mobile gesture is then how that will be automated because card sequence will change on every refresh mode

Below is the image of the tab I need to automate-User flow- user will come to home tab and user will scroll horizontally(from right to left) or vertically(from top to down)
