JCAT report from Selenium in Eclipse vs in Console

I have some Selenium tests written with JCAT framework. When I run them in Eclipse, JCAT report is generated and in console output I see:

INFO ...Reading System Properties... INFO Created directory: C:\Users\tomek\201802\20180214132550 . .(tests) . INFO Catlog offline logs link: C:\Users\tomek\201802\20180214132550\index.html

When I run the tests from command line everything is OK, tests pass but I dont get JCAT report (only testng report, which is ugly). The only difference in console output are the lines I wrote above. There is nothing like this in logs when tests are running from cmd.

I need a solution because I run tests in Jenkins job which act like cmd.
