Using Configuration Parameters in Reports (Tosca)

for our reporting,we want to add the content of a configuration parameter to the output of a report. Configuration parameters are not solved when creating a report. is there any way to extract the content of configuration parameters to a report in tosca?

and is there any TQL to search for all testcases whose test configuration parameter contains a specific value?
