Getting "Signature is not valid" when testing Certification Renewal

I am currently running some unit tests against a mock server. Whenever I try to run the "ActivateServiceAgreement" test I get an error saying the Certificate issued has expired. As such I am running the Renewal tests, but I get this error:

What could be the cause of this?
