ERROR ITMS-4238 on Application Loader

I've tried to send an application to TestFlight from the Application Loader. It's an application created with Adobe PhoneGap.

I understand that is necessary to increase the version of the application because one has already been uploaded with the same number, but neither that version appears in App Store Connect.

Any ideas?
