Load testing - Why passing additional parameters in script compared to normal online user submission?

I have been asked this basic question by one of my client for whom I'm running load test using Webload. When we record a flow for a single user, it fetches all the attributes of the user even if some are not visible in the front end when we do not allow flow but present in the back end. Further, we prepare the script by correlating or parameterising to accommodate running concurrent users. I'm a novice in load testing and i really would like to know the reason. For instance, I'm recording a login and users flows through differnt pages and logs out as normal front end but when we record by hitting the server with those requests, we get response with more user details and when I tell my client, few attributes I'm passing as a variable and she was asking those were not present while doing a normal flow.
