Test/validate software on windows server for further use on windows desktop

I am working on the development of a software which is tested and validated every night. We are starting to deploy a windows version of this software. For internal constraints, it would be easier for us to run our nightly validation procedures on a windows server. But in the end our user runs the application on their windows desktop.

So, is it safe to do that: validate on windows server an application dedicated to run on widows desktop?
