JMeter CSV is returning

I have created a JMeter script where I read data from a CSV file using the CSV Data Set config with the following configuration

Thread Group
-CSV Data Set Config
   -Recycle on EOF ? True
   -Stop Thread on EOF ? False
   -Sharing Mode: Current Thread
-Java Request
-Constant Timer

And before the file recycles it self I get the < EOF > value as my input for the Java Request, which is a value I am not expecting.

Also I am running JMeter 4.0
