SoapSonar or Rest Assured for API testing for CICD

We are planning to implement CICD, I have confused to choose tools between soapSonar with RestAssured , Our application has both SOAP and REST API's. So far we have automated couple of test cases using SOAPSONAR, Now we started implementing CICD (Jenkins, Git, AWS). My personal view is RestAssured is good fit for Automating APIs because it is open source and we can integrate with selenium and other plugins to get customized framework. but before finalizing. I need to know which is better for API Testing interms of coverage , performance, ability to incorporate external plugins. etc.., Your help really appreciated
