What is the difference between LFM ans SPFM in iso26262

I would like to know what is LFM (latent fault metric), multi-Point fault metric and Single point fault metric (SPFM). I’ve searched but the information I got is little bit clumsy, can anybody clarify what are those and what is the key difference among them.
