Using JSON as a GlobalVariable in Katalon Studio

Is it possible to use JSON (or any other way of transferring multiple values at the same time) as a GlobalVariable in Katalon Studio?

What I'm trying to achieve is to be able to abstract a particular user data from the tests. I use execution Profiles and GlobalVariables to divide test and production data.

Example:

I have multiple production profiles and more variables than are shown. I would like to leave the server-specific data intact, but to be able to have more user-specific data added to GlobalVariables without needing to create a lot of new profiles.
