Any utility program or online tool available to test HMAC-SHA256 to 128 bit conversion

I have a testing task to check HMAC-SHA256 to 128-bit conversion. Is there any utility program or online tool available now to test same?

I saw online tools to check SHA256 calculation but didn't see any helpful tool to do this 256 to 128bit truncation.

please help me.
