When I check wireshark logs I see this output. The protocol MDNS protocol. Port 1224....

28:ed:6a:81:e4:60@fe80::2aed:6aff:fe81:e460._apple-mobdev2._tcp.local.

If this part "28:ed:6a:81:e4:60@fe80::2aed:6aff:fe81:e460" being decrpyt in my logs ,Do I find a open on Apple? If so,why?
