how to apply data-sets and click enter to one web-form automatically?

i have made on sql-injection detection algorithm for my project based on some vulnerable key-words and its working really well....and also i am storing those vulnerable queries into the database for future improvements..

i have one login web-page with username & password and basically username is the field where attacker tries to put vulnerable query and based on my algorithm we are detecting that the attempt was part of the sql-injection or no...

now i have almost 500 vulnerable queries with dummy password (some of those are genuine inputs and some are vulnerable) which i want to apply on my web-page automatically one after one...which will store the only vulnerable queries to the database...

i am not sure what to use for that and how to do that???
