I couldn't find answer:WebDriverException: It is impossible to create a new session because 'createSession' which takes HttpClient

I have a problem and I could not solve it. I searched on the Stack overflow many people ask same question or similar but interesting there is no answer or I did not understand. The problem is related mobile testing and gives error. Please see error. I have added it.

What I did? I updated the java version. I changed port number but did not happen anything. I updated Appium version. I checked pom.xml, I could not find an error. I am not sure how to fix the problem and I need help. Thanks
