lab center test controller

Microsoft test management 2017 has been installed and integrated with TFS. After moving to Lab Center tab, i was trying to set up test settings to let automated test be running directly from Microsoft test manager. Also Load Test Controller was installed https://www.screencast.com/t/L4zSd4f0DgIl. Is there anything i can do to let Test Controller be visible in the Lab Center > Test Controller Manager tab? By the way Test controller has been installed from 2019 package. Could it be the reason why it is not available in the lab center?
