Tradefed Test Configuration not installing file from priv apps?

While trying to run tradefed test configuration it not finding apk file in priv apps directory in out instead it failed to do setup. com.android.tradefed.targetprep.InstallBuildEnvApkSetup

Is there any way in tredefed configuration to specify the apk file location?

Here is the tradefed configuration

<target_preparer class="com.android.tradefed.targetprep.InstallBuildEnvApkSetup">
        <option name="apk-name" value="TestApp.apk" />
</target_preparer>
