Is there any use case for using JavaScript Testing Framework like Jest, Mocha etc for Front End(UI, API)?

Apart from writing Rest API tests is there any functional use cases for using Testing Frameworks such as Jest or Mocha for UI development? I tried searching most of them seem to be related to writing test for API request and response.
