Taiko: Running openBrowser() command throws error "Error Timed out after 30000 ms while trying to connect to chrome!"

I've setup Taiko on windows 10 and ran openBrowser() command which opened chromium browser but doesn't give any response back, instead i'm getting error "Times out after 30000 ms while trying to connect to chrome!". I only get this error on my office laptops but on my personal laptop same setup works. Please help me to understand what is causing the issue.
