Tool / npm / application like postman that can be embedd in Javascript / Nodejs / Angular application?

I am looking out to embedd the REST Http testing of GET,PUT,POST,DELETE with headers and body in my Angular2+ and Nodejs application. The application need to work just like Postman. I tried to look out for the alternatives but none that can be embedded in your application and whose response you want to capture. Please suggest.
