Multi module project unable to detect @SpringBootTest

I am working on a small development project for my learning. Initially I developed everything as a single module and things worked fine, including testing with swagger. I decided to convert it into a multi-module project. now I have a common module and account module.
Common module is setup to work like a library. All the dependencies are defined in POM.XML for common module and account module is simply referring the common project in its POM.XML to get all dependencies.

Once I made all the changes, the default test case file started having an issue. It stopped recognising @SpringBootTest and @RunWith annotations. When I expanded the external libraries for account project, I couldn't see reference to spring-boot-starter-test and com.openpojo libraries. This seems to be the reason for annotations not getting recognised.

Can you please help me understand what could be going wrong here? Also let me know if I need to share more details about my setup.
