Allocate max available RAM while runnig testlimit64.exe

Is there a way to allocate maximum RAM available every x seconds with testlimit64? I want to test my application: as it is running it releases some RAM, so when i allocate RAM in the beginning with

testlimit64.exe -d 1048 -e 5

in the beginning memory usage is ~98%, but while the application is running it releases some memory and memory usage drops. In the end, my application creates a report - I would like to check what happens if there is not enough RAM to create the report, but memory usage at this moment drops and there is enough RAM to create the report.
