How to add non-interactive verbose output in testing package?

I am writing a system which simulating go test. In order to do that, I need a non-interactive way to set up a verbose output.

I looked to testing package source code. There is a Verbose function, but it tells only if the verbose flag was setting up.

Does any know the way how the verbose output could be setting up in programming manner?
