Is there any way to run one test file to many target files? Or has other test framework support this?

Is there any way to run one spec.js file and test all the relative target files.
project directory snapshot(Red rectangle is test file, blue rectangels are target to be testing files.)

I have try to wirte dynamics require head. But doesn't work.
