How to execute multiple test dlls in parallel?

I am using Nunit 3 and I have 3 Test Dlls. EX: a_test.dll, b_test.dll, c_test.dll. I can click on Run all Test from visual studio and it runs them in a alphabetical order. But I want to run them in parallel how to achieve this?
