giving "failed to load application context" when testing subpackages

I am testing a spring boot project and having issue with surefire and intellij intself. this is project structure

if i test from online, tests in subpackage controller not working by giving this error

But it works fine if i test controller package itself. It is the same in mvn test. If i test classes seperately it works.
