I´m scary for init.vim [closed]

Good I have a question and it is that I cannot find my init.vim anywhere I create the folder .config nvim and init.vim but when I start modifying init.vim it tells me that it cannot be modified since it is deactivated, someone knows How to activate it or can you help me thank you very much
