Tests dont complete running when I try to Run All

I am using Xunit in Visual studio 2019. When I try to run all tests the run gets stuck as in image of Test Explorer below. The round circle showing current test running keeps rotating. The tests all run fine when I run them individually. Any reason why this is happening?
