`testthat` package signalling errors when there don't appear to be any

I'm writing a package in R, and using testhat to write test cases. When I run CMD + Shift + T I'm getting 1 error in image 1, although it doesn't look like any of my tests have failed. When I run auto_test(code_path=getwd(), test_path=paste0(getwd(),'/tests')) I'm not encountering any errors (second image). Has anyone run into a similar issue?
